Learning Team Instructions: Recognizing and Minimizing Tort and Regulatory Risk Plan

· Resources: Business Regulation simulation

Conduct the Business Regulation simulation, located on your student website.

Identify legal issues in the simulation and note the legal principles that apply to each. Some issues are more obvious than others. Repeat the simulation as often as needed to ensure that you identify all legal issues and principles.

· Collaborate on the legal issues and principles in the simulation.

· Share your findings with teammates, and discuss the identified issues. Ask for clarification on issues your teammates identified that you did not.

· Create a table that displays the relevant issues and principles. Each team must have a table.
