This is a proposal for a capstone on the following topic; what is the impact of physician that take up the role of administrators, on the quality of care they provide and job satisfaction.
besides the regular intro and conclusions i need to have the following questions answered.
1. What is this proposal about?
An expanded presentation of the topic presented
2. Why should this question be persuade?
3. How such a capstone will be accomplished.
I will use a rough outline in the capstone, it is as follows; history, present day situation (job satisfaction, burn out and how well are physician prepared to be administrators), and the quality of care.
