Justice Systems Presentation
Your facilitator will assign the topic of your Learning Team assignments. Topics include the following criminal justice systems: civil law, common law, socialist law, or Islamic law.
Prepare a 1,750- to 2,450-word paper and 12- to 18-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint®presentation based on the Comparative Criminal Justice Systems Paper on your system.
Identify the system used by your assigned country. Explain the key characteristics of the system, and its advantages and disadvantages. Refer to the criminal code and criminal procedure of at least one country as an example. Your research should extend beyond the textbooks to include at least three scholarly sources from the University Library.
Submit the paper in Week Three and deliver the presentation in Week Four.
