Draft two laws not currently in all states or under the Model Penal Code.
Make sure your legislation includes elements of the offense, including the intent necessary to be established for conviction.
Include a preamble, specifying why the law must be enacted.
Propose two criminal laws you believe must be repealed. Include a copy of the penal code and your reasons for the laws¿ repeal.
Propose two crimes you believe must be modified. Include the original copy of the penal codes and your suggestions for modification. Include your reasons.
